– Part 1
Built for emerging and mid-level male leaders, this full day programme develops confidence and clarity in leadership. It blends cultural leadership values and styles with proven Western practice, equipping participants to communicate effectively, lead diverse teams, resolve conflict and perform strongly in today’s multicultural workplaces.
Ali'i Ora Leadership
– Part 2
Designed as a continuation of Part 1 (Can also be stand alone), this full day programme helps emerging and mid-level leaders apply learning in real workplace situations. Through workplace scenarios, participants strengthen emotional intelligence, communication for impact, cultural awareness, and team alignment to manage challenges and drive performance.
Te Ara Wahine Toa Leadership
– Part 1
This full day programme supports emerging and mid-level women leaders to step confidently into their voice and leadership. Blending cultural leadership capabilities with proven Western practice, participants build their leadership toolkit of communication, influence, resilience, and adaptive leadership skills to lead effectively in today’s multicultural workplaces.
Te Ara Wahine Toa Leadership
– Part 2
Building on Part 1 (Can also be stand alone), this full day programme supports emerging and mid-level women leaders to move from learning into action. Through real workplace scenarios, participants strengthen emotional intelligence, communication for impact, cultural awareness, and team alignment to navigate challenges, assert influence, and drive performance for results.

This half-day programme is focused on building adaptable leaders who lead with confidence under pressure, this programme strengthens mindset, resilience, and leadership effectiveness. Through practical scenarios and mindset tools, participants challenge limiting beliefs and adapt their approach to drive performance.
Cultural Awareness
This half-day programme equips leaders and teams with cultural awareness to lead confidently and effectively in New Zealand’s multicultural workplaces. Through practical examples, participants learn to navigate differences, communicate respectfully, and build trust to strengthen team performance.
