Ali'i Ora Part 2 is a one-day leadership programme designed for emerging and mid-level leaders. Building on Part 1 or taken as a standalone programme, Part 2 moves from leadership concepts into practical application, strengthening confidence and effectiveness in real workplace situations.

Programme outline

This programme focuses on applying leadership capability in modern workplace contexts. Participants engage with:

  • Emotional intelligence, including self-awareness and empathy

  • Communication for impact, including difficult conversations

  • Cultural awareness in practice and workplace dynamics

  • Team alignment, goal setting, and feedback

  • Practical approaches to maintaining performance under pressure

Key learning outcomes 

Participants develop the ability to:
