School Programmes
That Create Real Pathways

Puatala delivers culturally grounded secondary school programmes that build skills, confidence, and clear pathways beyond school. Programmes integrate real-world work experience, unit standards, and practical support for further education, training, or employment.

Supporting Rangatahi Through Real-World Learning

At Puatala, we partner with secondary schools to deliver culturally grounded programmes that prepare students for life beyond school. Our programmes connect students to diverse industries, meaningful work experience, and unit standards that contribute toward NCEA credits, building confidence, capability, and self-belief.

Through strong industry connections and practical learning, students gain real insight into future pathways across education, training, and employment.

ZOE H.

The people on the panel didn’t take a straight path to get to their role... even in high school they weren’t sure what they’d be doing so it gives me hope that through experience, I’ll know what I’m meant to be doing.

TYLER I.

The people and how friendly they are and helped understand what they do. It really opened my mind to explore the work options and that I dont have to settle on one so soon.

NOAH A.
