Programme details 

Voyagers Trilogy is a five-day programme for Year 11–13 students, with two days of classroom learning and three days of structured work experience. Students gain practical skills in financial literacy, mindset, and work readiness while building confidence, resilience, and communication to thrive at school, in the workplace, and beyond.

Programme outline

Students will gain:

  • Practical financial literacy skills to manage money and plan for the future.

  • Insights into workplace expectations, culture, and professional behaviour.

  • Strategies to strengthen personal mindset, resilience, and problem-solving.

  • Confidence in communication, teamwork, and self-presentation.

  • Hands-on experience linking classroom learning to real-world work situations.

Key learning outcomes

By the end of the programme, students will:

  • Demonstrate greater confidence and independence in learning and workplace settings.

  • Apply financial and life skills in practical, real-world contexts.

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and professionals.

  • Navigate challenges with resilience and a positive mindset.
